As Mental Health is becoming more prominent in society, it is of immense importance to help those affected, whether that be just listening, donating towards research, or volunteering.

What Can I Do To Help

  • Talk with family, friends, and coworkers. Don't just talk but truly listen to them. In response, open up about yourself.

  • Educate yourself and others about mental illness (Unlocking Mental Disorders is a great podcast to learn about them)

  • Promote mental health screening. Here are some great websites.​

  • Promote mental health awareness through social media platforms like Instagram and Twitter.

  • Speak with community leaders to educate others.
